In a statement made to the London Gazette Mr Hoye, as director of House of Hoye said: "The company will be wound up voluntarily and that Elias Paourou and David Oprey, both of CVR Global LLP, Hove, are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.” Speaking to The Argus Jeremy said: "The reason for closing the shop was to do more online and more commissions. “But people dont shop like they used to." He is still designing jewellery from his studio in St George's Place Brighton.
Jeremy first opened his shop in Ship Street with his business partner and wife Mary using a loan from his grandmother and the Prince’s Trust.
